We want you to be completely happy with your order. If the product you’ve purchased is either faulty, significantly different or not doing what it’s supposed to do, we will gladly accept your returned unused or defective merchandise within 14 days. Please note that all claims must be notified to Luxe Homewares within 7 days.

Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it
was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned. Luxe Homewares will not be liable for any damages caused
in transit. Insurance is recommended for fragile items.

Conditions
  • Refunds will only be accepted with proof of purchase, i.e. Luxe Homewares tax invoice.

  • You must apply for a refund within 7 days of receiving merchandise.

  • In the event of 'change of mind', returned furniture will incur a 20% restocking fee.

  • Any postage charges incurred for delivery of returned items will be the customer’s responsibility.

  • Items damaged during postage transit will not be accepted. Insurance is recommended for fragile items.

  • Postage costs is not refundable.

Upon receiving the email of return/echange approval, Luxe Homewares replaces any item/ s that arrive faulty or defective. In this event, notification must be given to our Online Customer Services within 48 hours of your parcel being signed for. Please contact us and have your order number ready. Upon inspection of the returned faulty/defective item, Luxe Homewares will refund all costs in cluding cost of the product and postage charges involved in returning it to our office .
You will be sent an order claim slip that is to be downloaded, completed and signed.
Please include this with the item when returning back to our office . Allow 2-3 weeks for the processing of your return.

 

Change of Mind

If you have simply changed your mind, Luxe Homewares will be pleased to offer you a refund or exchange provided:

  • the item is in resellable condition for example:

  • the original tags and labels are still attached;

  • the item is in its original packaging (if any); and

  • the item is unused and as sold; and

  • the item does not fall within any of the special exceptions below.

If you wish to return an item that you believe is faulty, it may be necessary for the item to be returned to the manufacturer for assessment to determine whether or not you are entitled to an exchange, refund or repair.
