Is gift wrapping available?
Yes, for an additional charge most items (excluding items shipped direct from vendor) may be gift wrapped.
To receive a beautifully wrapped gift is a pleasure in itself. Simply select the gift wrap option at the checkout, write your personal text for the gift tag and we will wrap your gift in our signature ivory luxury wrapping paper and silk bow ribbon.
Multiple items in one order will be wrapped together. The gift wrap icon on the product details page indicates whether an item is suitable for gift wrapping. The charge for this service is $ 4.95 .
 
How do I pay my bill?
Luxe Homewares processes all bills through Paypal. This is a secure website and your personal details will not be revealed to Luxe Homewares or other third parties. You may choose to use either your credit card or bank account to pay for your item.
Shopping with Paypal is quick, easy and secure. It saves you from having to enter your bank details when you want to buy something - protecting you from the risk of having your details intercepted and falling victim to fraud.
 
I saw an item on the website, and now it has disappeared. Why?
Item quantities are limited and are removed from the site when they are no longer available for purchase.

How do I check stock availability?
Although we endeavour to keep our website up to date with items in stock, occasionally products will be out of stock or be a discontinued line from our supplier. If you would like to check on availability, please contact us by email before placing your order.

Luxe Homewares delivers all over Australia. Delivery charges are based on your location.
Purchasing several items in one transaction saves tremendously on shipping charges so don't forget to view our beautiful range to combine your order and save on postage costs.
We are pleased to offer this discount for orders that can be despatched in one parcel from our warehouse.
Your postage amount will be worked out automatically at checkout.
You can then pay using your preferred payment method.
The delivery charges are based on registered postge including insurance to the value of $100 per item.

When can I expect to receive my order?
Delivery can take up to 7 days.
If you have ordered multiple products, your order will be despatched once your ENTIRE ORDER IS COMPLETE. If you would like to split your order to receive some products earlier than later, please contact us—you will incur additional freight costs.
Please choose the ‘Express Post’ option for urgent deliveries. For insurance, you may also like to register your item via the ‘Registered Post’ option. For more information, log onto Australia Post www.australiapost.com.au to find out about different services.
 

What if I’m not home to receive the delivery?
As all our parcels are sent as registered and insured we require a signature upon delivery. Our delivery contractors (Australia Post and various couriers) typically deliver during business hours so if you are not expecting to be home during these hours, we suggest, if practical, to provide your work address as the delivery address.
Delivery is usually attempted straight to your door. If there is no one available to sign for the delivery, or if the local postal service does not offer this direct service, then a Card will be left in your mailbox advising you of either a post office to collect your parcel from, or in the case of a courier delivery, a contact number to call to re-arrange the delivery.
Is the tax invoice sent with the goods?
The tax invoice will only be sent with the goods if the billing and shipping addresses are the same. If different, then the invoice will be sent to the billing address.

 
Do you deliver internationally?
At this time, Luxe Homewares cannot ship items outside Australia. Please email us if you have any questions.
 
Where is my order posted from?
Most orders are posted from Luxe Homewares’ Sydney NSW warehouse.
 
How long will it take for my order to reach me?
Please allow two to five business days for registered postage. Please note that these approximate times are for items already in stock. Contact us on email to check if an item is in stock.
 

I have forgotten my Login, can you help me?
At the login page there is a section entitled "Forgot your Password?" You can key in your Login ID/Email Address and click on the submit button. Your password will be sent to your email address. If you simply can't remember any login information, then Click Here to create a new account.

 
How do I change my email address on my account?
Please send an email to enquiries@luxehomewares.com.au advising of the email address we currently have for you in our system and the address that you would like us to change this to. We will then amend your email address to the new address so that all your previous order history will still be available to you under your new email address login.
